Toy Depot Wholesale offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Due to our low wholesale pricing, we do not offer free returns.

  • All returns must be authorized with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our customer support team before returning any items. This ensures we can locate your original order and process your return efficiently.

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition. Products that are used, altered, or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Authorized returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Brand new, unused items will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charges.

  • Returns authorized for in-store credit will be non-expiring, minus any shipping costs.

  • Returns past 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer support at +1 901 336 7766 or info@toydepotwholesale.com to initiate your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email.

  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the package, near the shipping label.

  4. Drop off the package at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS facility, or request assistance from our support team to schedule a pickup.

  5. Upon arrival, Toy Depot Wholesale will process your return within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued within this timeframe, minus applicable fees.

Exchanges

  • To exchange merchandise, follow the same steps as above.

  • Replacement items will be shipped within 2–15 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.
